I’ll be dashing over to this year’s Yoga Conference Germany in Cologne again and am already looking forward to it. Last year, it was a blast – I got to see so many familiar faces, meet new people and enjoy great conversations.
This year’s progam is particularly interesting to me, as my friend Christina Lobe (Anusara Yoga) and other inspiring women like Rita Keller (Iyengar Yoga), Lucie Beyer (Handstand Queen), Nicole Bongartz (Vishnus Couch), Jasmine Tarkeshi, Lady Ruth (Jivamukti Yoga) and Katchie Ananda will be teaching. I’m also looking forward to Yin Yoga with Jo Phee and Ranja Weis. Kay Karl will be hitting the singing bowls for a nourishing sound bath – wonderful!
Teachers like Bryan Kest, Chris Chavez, Patrick Broome, Young Ho Kim, Frank Schuler (Vishnus Couch), Valentin Alex, Krishnataki and several others will be offering exciting workshops. Take a peek at the full Program here.
Only Kundalini Yoga is missing – but even so, I’m sure I’ll leave inspired and refreshed. Oh yeah, and I’ll be offering a little reading from my new book as well – coming out in April.
Just like last year, the Yoga Conference Germany will take place over a span of four days, from May 31st until June 3rd, 2018. Thursday is a holiday in Germany, so there’s nothing stopping us from enjoying this fabulous Yoga festivity in Cologne!
14th Yoga Conference Germany in Cologne
The Yoga Conference Germany has become one of the most important Yoga events in Germany over the past decade. New impressions are made, it’s a ripe field for exchange and conversation, celebration and the discovery of new trends for all of Yoga-lovers out there.
The well-rounded and diverse program is refined each year in order to fairly represent the many facets that make up Yoga today. Ranging from therapeutic to acrobatic, from Metta Meditation to Qi Gong or ecstatic dance, and from quiet book signings to lively discussions – it’s all happening at the Yoga Conference.
In the evening, there are plenty of opportunities to mingle with other yogis – to dance, sing and celebrate – if you’re still up for any of that after long days of back-to-back Yoga sessions and workshops…I’d be delighted to see all of you there, in any case!
